My carbon footprint on your ass

Passing by one of the small, women’s clothing stores that some people call “boutiques” (but not me because I’m such a jock) that line one of the streets in my neighborhood, I saw a canvas tote bag in the window, with silk screening on the side that said, “I’m saving the planet. What are you doing?” It was at a store! They wanted someone to pay them money in order to take this tote bag out in public! Would anyone really buy one of those? I’m fascinated. Who made them? Who at the store decided to stock their store with it? Who, if anyone, will end up buying one? Someone please interview everyone involved for me. Thanks.

World War Z

Man, I am enjoying World War Z so much. I thought it would be tongue in cheek but it’s so much more and works on so many levels. I’m sad that I’m almost finished. I hope zombies show up on Lost.

Franks is featured on Adorabuse.com!
From the site:
Adorabuse: The act of “abusing” a pet in order to make it adorable. Usually involves dressing an animal up but may involve a skateboard, surfboard, water-skiing, getting the pet stuck in something, inferring human emotion or behavior or placing the pet in a context in which the pet would not enjoy.

Sometimes I buy a gift and I know it’s perfect. And other times I wonder what the hell I was thinking. With this one I did both. I don’t usually go around buying gnomes for friends but that gnome is riding a pig! Holding the pig’s ear with one hand and a horseshoe in the other! And the pig has a four leaf clover in his mouth! And yeah, everything on this blog (new job so sorry about the lack of posts) and on my flickr photo stream seems to be swine related. Next post will non-pork related. All about all the Juno LARPING I’ve been doing with Jon. I’m composing it on my iPhone, which I’ve modded to look like a hamburger.
