I got one of these from J List, and I am now addicted to it. It feels reaaly good to have your ears cleaned, very relaxing.

My friend asked what use the light was, and I had to explain that in Asia, parents sometimes clean out the wax for you. I think she was grossed out.

These EAR pickers work great, and you can attach them to your cell phone. Also no worries about damaging your eardrum, will only go in so far.
