Ok, a month or so ago a PR person from Vosges emailed me saying she was sending me a bar to sample but I never got it. Either she forgot or the mailman got hungry. I suspect the former. But this weekend Tish hooked me up with a few bites of the bar she picked up on Friday from the Vosges store. Salty, bacon-y and really good. The flavors were so intense I can’t imagine eating more than a bite a day. It makes me think an ice cream version would not be such a crazy idea.
In other news, I got caught on the edges of a mosh-pit during the Mastodon set at Pitchfork. I did not like that but the rest of the festival was fun. Cat Power (she was fine and did not flake out), Voxtrot (poppy), card playing in the shade. The next day, I was walking through Wells Park and heard a bit of the Old Town School’s student band playing some Beatles. I think I liked that the best.

Melt it a bit and spread on good toasted bread?

I thought that might be you stirring it up in the first place. Maybe stop trying to get people to vote for your favorite idol at events like that.
They should put in a big circular pool so the moshers could power the ultimate vortex for me to spin in at the center.
Also a drum riser taller then a latte.
